Dogwood Residence Hall, located closest to the wooded area, was built in 2013, adding to the residential community on North Campus. The residence hall is a mirror image of Magnolia Residence Hall; the two are connected by a courtyard, with each building incorporating study lounges, kitchens on every floor and a media room.

Dogwood offers co-ed, suite-style housing for continuing undergraduate students.
