Spring 2026 Housing Processes Open October 8

On Wednesday, October 8, Spring 2026 housing processes will open. Students will receive an email letting them know they may log into the Housing Portal to begin.

Step 1: Complete Your Spring Intent

All students are required to complete the Spring Intent form (found under the Housing button in the Housing Portal). This form helps our office understand your plans for the Spring 2026 semester.

Available options include:

  • Graduating in December 2025

  • Off-Campus Internship (Full Semester) – away all spring

  • Off-Campus Internship (Return to Campus) – returning after internship

  • Other (contact housing@wfu.edu if needed)

  • Remain on campus for Spring 2026

  • Return to campus (currently Abroad/CES/etc.)

  • Study Abroad for Spring 2026

  • Transfer / Withdraw / CES for Spring 2026

FAQ: Which option should I select if I want to enter the Off-Campus Lottery?
When completing your Spring Intent, you should select the option that reflects what you will do if you are not selected in the lottery.

Next Steps After Submitting Your Intent

  • First-Year Students

    • Once you complete your Spring Intent, your process is finished.

    • If you need Winter Break housing, you may submit that request at this time in the Housing Portal.

  • Continuing Students

    • Once you complete your Spring Intent, you may enter the Off-Campus Lottery if you have more than 4 Housing Credits.

    • If you need Winter Break housing, you may submit that request at this time in the Housing Portal.
