If requesting a classroom space, you must include the class roster with professor, teaching assistant (if applicable), student names and WFU ID numbers.

INDEPENDENT STUDENT LOUNGE SPACE

If requesting an Independent Student Lounge in Martin, or Magnolia Residence Hall(s), you must list 2-3 people and their WFU ID numbers who will be responsible for hosting this event. Your event must be REGISTERED with and APPROVED by the Office of Student Engagement.

I Agree – All reservation requests must be submitted more than 72 hours in advance of the event. All changes/cancellations must be made at least one business day prior to the event. Your reservation is not final until you receive written confirmation from Residence Life & Housing. You will receive confirmation from our office when your reservation request is approved. Please keep a copy of this confirmation with you during the event. Receipt of this confirmation serves as notification that we have communicated with University Police and the Office of Campus Life and Leadership that the space for your event has been reserved.
