Building Improvements and Event Funding Requests

RSA provides financial assistance in two forms:

• residence hall building improvements
  (ie: recreational equipment, artwork, furniture, entertainment electronics)

• co-sponsoring campus events

To request building improvements or funding for an on-campus event, please email the following information to the RSA Advisor:

• Name of person/group initiating proposal

• Phone number

• WFU email address

• Type of request

  • Building Improvement

  • Event Funding

• Describe, in detail, your proposal

  • Building Improvement: include a description of the exact item requested, any accessories needed (cables, ping pong paddles, etc.), residence hall, and proposed location within the building.

  • Event Funding: include a description of the event, location, time/date, and any non-monetary support needed from RSA.

• Total estimated cost (give total cost and then list any funding received/earned outside of RSA)

• Desired date of completion
