Summer School

Important Dates

  • Monday, April 23, 9 a.m. – Friday, April 27, 5 p.m.
    • Online Room Selection for Summer School Housing for those students taking classes for “Session One ONLY” or “BOTH Sessions One & Two”
  • Monday, June 11, 9 a.m. – Friday, June 15, 5 p.m.
    • Online Room Selection for Summer School Housing for those students taking classes for “Session Two ONLY”
  • Summer Session One
    • Monday, May 28, 12 noon – 5 p.m. – check in at Poteat Hall
    • Tuesday, July 3 by 7 p.m. – check out of residence hall
  • Summer Session Two
    • Sunday, July 8, 12 noon – 5 p.m. – check in at Poteat Hall
    • Saturday, August 11 by 7 p.m. – check out of residence hall
  • Students reserving the same room for both sessions will not be required to move out between sessions.

Selection Process

Log in (using your WFU Username & Password) to the Gateway to Online Housing to self-select your summer school room assignment in a few simple steps:

  1. Click on Summer School Housing, Room Selection links on the left.
  2. Read the Summer Terms and Conditions
  3. Electronically sign your Housing Contract by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
  4. Search for the room you want.
  5. Lock the room you want.
  6. Select the bedspace you want.
  7. Confirm your decision.
  8. Get your receipt.

*All assignments are available on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis.

Housing Rates

Summer School 2012 Housing rates are:

  • Single Room – $800.00 per summer session
  • Double Room – $545.00 per summer session
