  • If requesting a classroom space, you must include the class roster with professor, teaching assistant (if applicable), student names and WFU ID numbers.
  • If requesting an Independent Student Lounge in Luter, Martin, or Magnolia Residence Hall(s), you must list 2-3 people and their WFU ID numbers who will be responsible for hosting this event. Your event must be REGISTERED with and APPROVED by the Office of Student Engagement.
